Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.
Manage different ad types including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and video ads.
Continuously monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet campaign objectives.
2. Data Analysis and Optimization
Track and analyze daily campaign performance metrics such as ACoS, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and impressions.
Compare daily targets and plan spends accordingly.
Use data-driven insights to implement optimizations that improve campaign efficiency and profitability.
3. Keyword and Bidding Strategy
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords.
Manage bids and budgets strategically to maximize ROI and product discoverability.
Regularly update keyword lists based on performance trends and market shifts.
4. Market and Competitor Analysis
Stay updated on Amazon and Flipkart advertising algorithm updates, market trends, and competitor performance.
Identify new opportunities and adjust campaigns proactively to maintain competitive advantage.
5. Budget Management
Effectively allocate and manage advertising budgets across different campaigns and platforms.
Ensure optimal utilization of ad spend to achieve target ROAS and sales growth.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
2-5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Familiarity with advertising tools such as Amazon Advertising Console, Seller Central, and Flipkart Ads Manager.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
