: Ad Creator / Creative Producer

Location: Hyderabad

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Ad Creator who can conceptualize, script, direct, and deliver impactful advertisement content across platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, brand positioning, and visual aesthetics. You will work closely with marketing, production, and design teams to create campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Ideate and conceptualize ad campaigns based on brand strategy and objectives.

Write ad scripts and storyboards aligned with campaign goals.

Direct shoots, guide actors/models, and manage on-set production elements.

Oversee video editing, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.

Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for 360 ad execution.

Adapt content across formats - TV, digital, social media, reels, shorts, etc.

Ensure all ads meet brand tone, visual style, and performance expectations.

Stay updated on ad trends, formats, and viral content strategies.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of storytelling, brand communication, and audience psychology.

Hands-on experience in direction, video editing, cinematography, or motion graphics.

Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.

Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Portfolio of previous ad work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Film, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or related field.

Experience in creating content for FMCG, entertainment, or tech brands.

Knowledge of camera work, lighting, and sound design is a strong plus.

Compensation:

As per industry standards. Based on experience and portfolio.
