About the Role - Business Development Executive Acviss is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, as well as expanding business with our existing customer base. - Location: Mumbai and Delhi- Travel: 50% within India - Work Type: Hybrid {Bangalore & hired city}Prospecting:- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to develop Marketing Qualified Leads - Proactively research and identify potential new clients across target industries, including FMCG, agriculture, electronics, plywood, and healthcare/pharma to develop Sales Qualified Leads - Build and leverage your network, attend industry events to generate new Sales Qualified Leads Lead Nurturing:- Develop and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Qualified Leads - Run customer requirements elicitation to understand customer pains and fit with Acviss solutions - Develop and present customer value propositions to develop pipeline of qualified deals - Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunitiesClient Relationship Management:- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at existing client accounts - Understand client pain points and recommend Acviss' anti-counterfeiting and brand protection solutions to address their needs - Negotiate contract terms and secure new business, upsells and renewals - Gather and act on client feedback to ensure our products and services exceed expectations Sales Strategy and Execution:- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans - Establish and consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities - Train and mentor junior sales team members to build a high-performing sales organization Note: Sales experience in Printing & Packaging/Pharma machines/Supply Chain (OR) POS Software/Software to Brands (B2C) also can apply.
