Role Summary

The Special Educator will design and deliver individualized educational and behavioral support programs for children with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, Down syndrome, and other developmental differences. The role involves close collaboration with therapists, shadow teachers, and families to ensure holistic development.

Patient Consultation

: Assess patient health history, symptoms, and lifestyle factors.

Diagnosis & Planning

: Identify imbalances in energy flow and design individualized treatment plans.

Acupuncture Treatment

: Insert sterile needles at specific points to stimulate healing and relieve symptoms.

Complementary Therapies

: May use cupping, moxibustion, acupressure, or herbal medicine alongside acupuncture.

Patient Education

: Advise on diet, exercise, stress management, and preventive care.

Monitoring Progress

: Track patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Safety & Hygiene

: Ensure proper sterilization of equipment and maintain a safe clinical environment.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate patient records and comply with healthcare regulations.
