Actuarial (Reserving) - General Insurance - 3+ Years - Gurgaon
Are you an experienced Actuarial Reserving professional looking to work at the intersection of complex modelling, global stakeholder engagement, and regulatory excellence? This is a high-impact opportunity to be part of a global actuarial team, working on Group Reserve Reviews, Solvency II technical provisions, and advanced reserving models, while collaborating with some of the brightest actuarial minds across geographies.

Responsibilities * Perform Group Reserve Reviews and provide regional reserving support

• Develop, validate, and enhance reserving models and methodologies
• Work on Solvency II technical provisions at group and regional levels
• Conduct large loss and trend analysis, including propensity modelling
• Take ownership of project scoping, planning, and delivery
• Guide and mentor junior team members; support their training and development
• Conduct independent peer reviews in line with best actuarial practices
• Prepare clear documentation, assumptions, and stakeholder presentations
• Collaborate with actuarial teams across global locations

Requirements * 5+ years of relevant experience in Actuarial Reserving - General Insurance (P&C)

• Strong expertise in actuarial reserving techniques and statistical modelling
• Hands-on experience with Excel-based actuarial models
• Exposure to Solvency II reserving is highly preferred
• Experience in reviewing work, mentoring team members, or people management
• Knowledge of ResQ will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
