Activity Coordinator

The Activity Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting experiential learning and co-curricular activities across. The role ensures structured execution, academic alignment, and professional conduct of all school activities.

Plan and implement the annual and monthly activity calendar Design and conduct experiential learning activities aligned with academic subjects Coordinate art, cultural, club, and theme-based activities Organize and manage exhibitions, assemblies, theme weeks, and school events Ensure discipline, engagement, and smooth flow during activities Coordinate with teachers and departments for activity execution Maintain records, reports, and documentation of activities
