Assist in welcoming guests and introducing them to the resort's activity options.
Provide information on schedules, locations, and activity guidelines.
Engage guests of all ages during activities to ensure an enjoyable experience.
Activity Coordination
Support the setup, facilitation, and teardown of all activities (e.g., nature walks, indoor/outdoor games, cultural programs, adventure activities).
Follow daily activity schedules and ensure timely execution.
Assist in managing equipment, materials, and activity spaces.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during activities.
Monitor guests during sessions and provide assistance when needed.
Report any hazards, safety issues, or incidents immediately to the Activity Manager.
Cultural & Nature Experiences
Share basic information about Gir Forest, local wildlife, environment, and culture (training will be provided).
Support naturalists and guides during safari briefings, trail walks, or special events.
Coordination & Communication
Work closely with the Activity Manager, Front Office, and F&B teams to streamline guest experience.
Maintain activity attendance records and feedback forms.
Communicate guest preferences, suggestions, or concerns promptly.
Resort Standards & Professionalism
Uphold The Fern brand standards in hospitality, behaviour, grooming, and service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of activity areas.
Assist during resort events, festivals, and special celebrations.
