Recruiters (IT & Non-IT)

to join our HR team and help us attract top talent across various domains.

Key Responsibilities

For IT Recruiter:

Understand technical job descriptions and source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking. Screen and evaluate candidates for software development, infrastructure, data, and other technical roles. Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the hiring process end-to-end. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

For Non-IT Recruiter:

Source and screen candidates for non-technical roles such as sales, marketing, HR, operations, finance, and administration. Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely hiring. Manage job postings, candidate databases, and interview coordination. Maintain excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience (IT or Non-IT). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
