We are currently seeking a dynamic and client-focused

Client Success Executive

to join our growing Delivery team. If you are passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring project success, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities



Client Onboarding:

Welcome and onboard new technology clients, including facilitating project kickoff meetings and walking clients through project scope and milestones.

Relationship Management:


Maintain proactive communication and relationship cadence with clients throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and trust.

Feedback & Upselling:


Regularly gather client feedback, monitor satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for scope expansion, referrals, or upsell opportunities.Manage and analyze post-delivery satisfaction surveys and client reviews. Work with internal teams to resolve any issues and improve delivery outcomes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Post-Delivery Follow-up:

100% Onboarding Checklist Completion:

Ensure all onboarding processes are executed and documented for every new client.

Client Satisfaction Score
80%:


Maintain high satisfaction levels through excellent service and communication.

1-2 Referrals or Upsells per Quarter:


Contribute to business growth by identifying and converting potential upsell and referral opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile



Experience:

2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role within software project environments.

Communication:


Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders globally.

Client-Centric Approach:


Proven ability to understand client needs, manage expectations, and deliver outstanding service.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and QA engineers.Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle is a must.
