Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure Active Directory, who can also support email signature management solutions and design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting modern collaboration tools and email infrastructure, along with a keen eye for detail in HTML/CSS-based email signature design.


Key Responsibilities:


Provide expert-level support and configuration for Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure Active Directory environments.


Implement and manage email signature management solutions such as Exclaimer, CodeTwo, or similar platforms.


Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email signatures and delivery.


Design, customize, and maintain email signatures using HTML/CSS.


Collaborate with internal teams to understand branding requirements and apply them to email templates.


Ensure compliance with email-related governance and security policies.


Document technical processes and maintain up-to-date configuration records.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator or consultant.


In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online and Azure AD administration.


Hands-on experience with email signature management tools like Exclaimer or CodeTwo.


Proficiency in HTML/CSS for designing responsive and professional email signatures.


Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.


Excellent communication and documentation abilities
