Let's Inn is seeking a proactive and results-driven
Acquisition Manager
to identify, onboard, and manage new hospitality properties in Wayanad. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and local market knowledge to help expand our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new hotels, homestays, and villas in Wayanad
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
Manage property onboarding, documentation, and agreements
Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Achieve monthly property acquisition targets
Conduct site visits and evaluate potential properties
Requirements
Experience in hospitality, real estate, or property acquisition preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the Wayanad region is an added advantage
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and field-ready
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Salary & Benefits
Starting salary: ₹35,000 per month
