II. ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE The incumbent will be primarily responsible to - Acquire new customers for liabilities from open market Assist the CRS - unsecured loans for conversion of existing borrowing customers for liabilities Enhance the relationship with the existing customers by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers Train/assist customers to use ATM and BCs; drive usage of alternate channels III. SIZE OF THE ROLE FINANCIAL SIZE NON-FINANCIAL SIZE Target assigned as per the branch CASA Book - as per the branch TD Book - as per the branch Segment wise book (NR, Senior Citizen, HNI etc) - as per the branch Number target for all the respective products.
