Account Manager - End-to-End US Healthcare Medical Billing

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office Only

Shift: Night Shift (US EST Time Zone)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday Off

Salary Range: ₹70,000 - ?80,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager (AM) with strong expertise in End-to-End US Healthcare Medical Billing, including insurance verification, coding understanding, charge entry, payment posting, AR follow-up, denial management, RCM analytics, and client communication.

This role requires someone who can manage US clients independently, monitor the entire revenue cycle, and ensure smooth delivery and performance of the billing team.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned US healthcare clients.

Conduct weekly/monthly client calls to discuss performance, issues, and improvements.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.

Operations & RCM Management

Oversee the entire end-to-end RCM process:

? Patient demographics

? Eligibility & benefits verification

? Charge entry & coding coordination

? Claims submission

? Payment posting

? AR follow-up

? Denial analysis & management

? Reporting & analytics

Ensure clean claim submission and reduce denials.

Monitor productivity and accuracy of the billing team.

Team Coordination

Work closely with Team Leads and Ops Managers for smooth workflow.

Track daily productivity, quality, and TAT.

Train team members on process updates, payer changes, and client-specific requirements.

Performance & Reporting

Maintain dashboards and KPIs for each client.

Publish daily/weekly/monthly reports related to RCM performance.

Analyze trends and provide recommendations to reduce AR and improve collections.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 4-7 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing.

Strong understanding of the entire RCM cycle (end-to-end).

Excellent communication skills to interact with US-based clients.

Ability to manage multiple clients and teams.

Knowledge of key specialties (Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Pain, Behavioral Health, Family Medicine, etc.) is a plus.
