You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As part of these, you will drive the following



Assist in UKG solution delivery and configuration for workforce management solutions (UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, etc.). Support detailed UKG configuration: Learn and apply customization techniques within the UKG architecture & landscape. Collaborate with senior team members and clients: Participate in design sessions, requirement gathering, and solution implementation activities. Perform hands-on delivery of UKG Dimensions features such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Analytics, and Payroll under supervision. Contribute to project delivery workstreams across phases, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Assist in UKG Implementation and Enhancements: Across the lifecycle with multiple geographies, acting as a workforce management solution support analyst. Learn and apply best practices based on UKG standards. Participate in practice-specific initiatives including creating reusable assets, performing analysis on industry research, and bringing in innovative solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of UKG Dimensions, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Payroll, Analytics, and Workforce Management. Ability to learn and apply business analysis skills: Focus on process analysis and designing/redesigning workforce management processes. Hands-on experience or training in UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro, or UKG Analytics - Knowledge of UKG Ready is good to have. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders across multiple geographic areas. Ability to work in high-paced and complex projects under supervision. UKG certification or training in one or more focused solution areas--UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro, UKG Analytics, etc.--is preferred but not mandatory.
