Drive sales targets attainment and revenue growth for the clinic through effective management and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
To be the point of contact and be responsible for increasing revenue at the clinic by achieving the sales objective
To supervise client flow and ensure target achievement
To plan monthly sales targets and execute them in an accurate, high-quality, and timely manner
To achieve and surpass targets through cross-selling and up-selling
To frequently update the PSS and reviewing google reviews
To execute the CRM initiatives for the Centre
Required Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience in Sales Management, including at least 3 years in walk-in conversions in a target-based environment is a must
Comprehensive knowledge of customer service, customer experience, and process improvements is an advantage
A strategic visionary with strong financial technical skills, sales acumen, analytical ability, judgment, and interpersonal skills is required
A well-organized and motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Energetic, progressive, and creative with a strong team and hierarchy social dynamics
Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills with strong cultural awareness
