Key Responsibilities:
The Acid Oil Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the acid oil production process in a refinery or processing plant. This role involves overseeing the processing of oil by-products, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining equipment used in the acid oil production.
Operate acid oil production machinery and equipment, ensuring the efficient processing of by-products.
o Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, to maintain optimal production conditions.
o Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for acid oil production, handling, and storage.
o Ensure that the acid oil meets the required quality standards by conducting routine tests and inspections.
o Collect samples at various stages of production and work with the Quality Control (QC) team to verify compliance with product specifications.
o Adjust process parameters as needed to ensure quality output.
