Fixail Care is a leading multi brand authorised service partner in the calicut region, . We are committed to providing exceptional repair services for all home appliances. We are looking for a skilled and experienced AC & Home Appliance Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in ACs and home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens etc.)
Repair and service appliances using genuine spare parts
Ensure repairs meet Brand's quality standards and customer satisfaction guidelines
Provide excellent customer service, effectively communicating repair needs, timelines, and costs
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to all safety regulations
Qualifications:
ITI diploma or relevant experience in AC & Home Appliance repair
Strong knowledge of home applainces products and repair procedures
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven commitment to providing exceptional customer service
