Responsible for driving student enrollments through on-ground marketing, school connect programs, and local promotional activities. This role focuses on outreach, lead generation, and event execution in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct school visits, meet principals/counselors to promote institute programs.
Organize and manage scholarship tests, seminars, and counseling sessions.
Handle branding activities -- flex, banners, hoardings, flyers distribution.
Identify and build tie-ups with schools, tuition centers, and student communities.
Generate admission inquiries through local outreach and references.
Coordinate with academic and counseling teams for follow-up and conversions.
Support execution of marketing events and ensure proper data collection.
Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Willingness to travel locally and manage fieldwork independently.
Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets handling for lead tracking.
Dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
Qualification:
Graduate (any stream), MBA in Marketing preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years in education marketing, field promotions, or admissions.
