Job Summary:

Satish Enterprises is looking for a responsible and trustworthy Accounts & Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day accounting, oversee ice production and loading operations, ensure timely collections from customers, and assist in business development. The role requires a hands-on individual who can handle both office accounts work and on-ground supervision at the ice manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Financial Management

Maintain Sales Book and Purchase Book on a daily basis
Record all cash, credit sales, and expenses accurately
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries
Track outstanding payments and follow up with credit customers for timely recovery
Coordinate with management for payment planning and cash flow
Assist in GST records, invoices, and basic compliance (if applicable)
Operations & Labor Supervision

Supervise labor involved in ice production, cutting, loading, and dispatch
Ensure proper loading of ice into vehicles to minimize wastage and damage
Maintain discipline, attendance, and task allocation of workers
Monitor daily production targets and supply schedules
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of ice
Supply & Dispatch Coordination

Coordinate with drivers and customers for timely delivery
Ensure correct quantity and quality of ice supplied
Maintain dispatch records and delivery confirmations
Business Development Support

Assist management in identifying new customers and supply opportunities
Maintain good relationships with existing clients
Help in improving operational efficiency and reducing wastage
Provide market feedback on pricing, demand, and competitors
Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of accounts, bookkeeping, and billing
Experience in manufacturing / ice plant / warehouse / supply chain preferred
Ability to handle cash, credit accounts, and customer follow-ups
Strong supervisory and communication skills
Willingness to do field + office work
Honest, disciplined, and reliable
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software preferred)
Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years experience in accounts, supervision, or operations
Experience in ice manufacturing, cold storage, or logistics is an advantage
