Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and trustworthy

Account/Travel Specialist

to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing new account creation, validating resale certificates, processing account updates, and coordinating company travel needs, including events, shows, and markets.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process new customer account requests with accuracy and efficiency Validate resale certificates to ensure compliance with internal policies Maintain and update customer records based on incoming requests Manage travel logistics for company events, shows, and market visits Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across all account-related activities Collaborate with internal teams to support account and travel-related needs Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to team efficiency

Qualifications

Required

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to think critically and respond quickly in dynamic situations High level of trustworthiness and discretion when handling sensitive data Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in basic analytical tasks and decision-making

Preferred

Moderate analytical and problem-solving skills Prior experience in customer service, data processing, or travel coordination role is a plus
