The Accounts Cum Administrator will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, handling accounting tasks, and overseeing administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Duties:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
Assist in budgeting and financial reporting.
Prepare basic financial statements and reports as needed.
Liaise with vendors and clients regarding payments and invoices.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Administrative Duties:
Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies inventory.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate with other departments.
Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain employee records and assist in payroll preparation.
Support HR functions such as attendance tracking and documentation.
Assist with travel arrangements and event planning.
Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in accounting and office administration.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
