Accounts Trainer
to train students in accounting fundamentals and practical skills. Candidates with basic accounting knowledge and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Freshers can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
Teach students basic to intermediate accounting concepts.
Cover topics like bookkeeping, GST, TDS, payroll, balance sheets, and financial statements.
Conduct hands-on training sessions on accounting tools such as Tally and MS Excel.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
Track student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain attendance, class records, and progress reports.
Support students with doubts and practical understanding.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Tally is an advantage (training can be provided).
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or any relevant commerce qualification.
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
