We are seeking an experienced Accounts Trainer with strong practical knowledge of accounting processes used in the IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for training students on core accounting concepts, taxation, and accounting software with real-time examples.
Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on Financial Accounting and IT-related accounting practices
Train on ERP Softwares (Tally, Zoho, SAP), GST, Income Tax, Payroll, and MIS Reporting
Provide hands-on training using real-time accounting scenarios
Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
Stay updated with accounting standards and taxation laws
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and training
Strong working knowledge of ERP Softwares (Tally, Zoho, SAP), GST, Excel, and taxation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
M.Com / CA Inter / CMA (added advantage)
Experience in IT company accounting or training institutes
