About the Role

We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to join our finance team. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to sales-related accounting operations and support during the annual closure process. Ideal for individuals looking to grow in a dynamic and learning- focused environment, this role provides a strong foundation for a career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily accounting and financial operations Collaborate with the accounts team to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records Support accurate documentation and system updating processes Contribute to month-end and year-end closings, including reconciliations Assist in report preparation and basic data analysis as needed

Requirements

Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking Technologically adept with a willingness to learn financial tools Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards Effective communication and organizational abilities Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks Familiarity with Zoho Books and Tally is an added advantage

Career Path & Progression

Training Duration: 6 months (Stipend ?8000 to10,000/month) Upon successful completion of training, selected candidates will join as associate with 6 - month probationary period Based on performance, candidates may be offered a full-time on-roll position after probation
