About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Team Lead - End-to-End Accounting

to manage a team of accountants and act as the primary point of contact for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to deliver client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of 10-15 accountants. Manage client portfolios and oversee all accounting deliverables. Perform bookkeeping in

QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Odoo, and Xero

. Handle month-end close, payroll journal entries, bank reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare

MIS Reports

(AR/AP Aging Analysis, Custom Reports). Conduct financial statement analysis and provide insights. Manage onboarding and transition of new clients independently. Ensure timely submission of financial reports and support audits. Suggest process improvements for efficiency. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (mandatory).

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in bookkeeping with hands-on experience in

QuickBooks/Xero/Sage Intacct

. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ability to interpret complex financial data. Proficient in

Excel

(intermediate to advanced). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leadership qualities with experience mentoring/managing teams. Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Bonus:

Knowledge of US/Canadian tax filings (Forms 1040, 1120, 1099, etc.).
