We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ACCOUNTS TEAM LEADER to join our dynamic finance department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of financial processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting operations while mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their best performance.

Duties



Lead and manage the accounts team, providing direction, support, and training to ensure high-quality output. Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while implementing best practices in accounting procedures. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance financial reporting accuracy. Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review. Utilize financial software to manage data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks effectively. Conduct regular audits of accounts to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Experience



Proven experience in an accounting or finance role with a focus on team leadership. Familiarity with financial software is essential; experience with specific platforms is a plus. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to team members and stakeholders. JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Supervision:

Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Review & Control:

Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statements to maintain compliance and accuracy.

Client Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring quality service delivery.

Process Improvement:

Implement and monitor internal controls, accounting systems, and workflow efficiencies.

Compliance Oversight:

Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.).

Reporting:

Support the CFO in preparing MIS, budget analysis, and financial performance reports.

Team Development:

Train and mentor junior accountants to build technical and professional capabilities.

Audit Coordination:

Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities during internal or statutory audits.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
