Job Description

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons as per the prescribed curriculum. Develop lesson plans that foster analytical and problem-solving skills in students. Assess, record and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students. Prepare question papers, evaluate answer scripts, and provide constructive feedback. Organize remedial classes for slow learners and enrichment activities for advanced learners. Encourage and monitor student participation, ensuring discipline and academic excellence. Integrate technology, teaching aids, and innovative methods to make learning effective. Collaborate with other teachers to develop cross-curricular teaching strategies. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior. Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school events. Uphold and enforce the school's policies, values, and discipline code.
