A HOPE CLASSES is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Accounts Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, have strong subject knowledge in Accounting, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver lectures on core accounting topics such as Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Taxation[1]. Design, assess, and grade assignments, projects, and examinations. Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students. Develop curriculum and teaching materials as per academic standards. Stay updated with current industry practices and integrate them into teaching. Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance reports[3]. Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.

Qualifications and Skills

Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (M.Com/CA/CPA preferred). Prior teaching experience is desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in using digital teaching tools is an advantage.
