Experience Required:

3-5 years (CBSE or similar curriculum)

Employment Type:

Mandatory Qualifications:

M.Com / MBA (Finance) / M.A. in Economics

or relevant postgraduate qualification

B.Ed

(Mandatory) Experience in teaching

Accounts for Classes 11 & 12

Sound knowledge of

CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns

Key Responsibilities:

Teach

Accounts

effectively to Classes XI & XII Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons Prepare students for

board examinations

Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments Evaluate answer scripts and maintain academic records Use innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools Participate in academic planning, meetings, and trainings Communicate student progress regularly with parents Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong subject knowledge in

Financial Accounting, Costing, and Accounting Principles

Excellent classroom management skills Effective communication and presentation skills Ability to simplify complex concepts Student-centric and result-oriented teaching approach Proficiency in using

smart boards and educational technology

Time management and organizational skills Commitment to academic excellence and school values
