Position Overview

As a

Tally Faculty

, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training in accounting practices and Tally software. You will be responsible for guiding students through various key accounting topics, ensuring they gain a solid understanding and the ability to apply these concepts effectively in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions that cover core accounting principles and the use of Tally software. Teach key topics such as Manual Accounts, Journal Entries, Ledger Entries, Trial Balance, P&L Sheets, Balance Sheets, and Advanced Excel for accounting purposes. Provide comprehensive training on

Tally Prime

and

GST

processes, helping students gain practical, hands-on experience.

Skill Development

Support students in building and refining strong accounting skills, ensuring they are well-prepared for real-world applications. Utilize practical demonstrations, case studies, and exercises to reinforce learning and improve retention.

Assessment and Feedback

Monitor student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and practical tasks. Offer constructive and actionable feedback to support student growth and help them overcome challenges in mastering accounting concepts.

Student Support

Provide personalized, one-on-one guidance to students, addressing their individual learning needs. Foster a positive, motivating classroom environment where students feel supported and inspired to achieve their goals.

Professional Development

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in accounting, Tally software, GST regulations, and Excel techniques. Participate in ongoing professional development to continually enhance your teaching methods and subject expertise.

Required Qualifications

:

Experience

: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Tally Faculty or in a similar accounting/training role.

Skills

: Strong proficiency in accounting fundamentals (Manual Accounts, Journal Entries, Ledger Entries, Trial Balance, P&L Sheets, and Balance Sheets). Expertise in

Tally Prime

,

GST

, and

Advanced Excel

. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple, relatable manner.

Personal Attributes
