We are looking for a proactive
Accounts & Operations Supervisor/Manager
to manage day-to-day accounting and operational activities for our Thanjavur office.
Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting entries and reports
Handle day-to-day operational activities
Coordinate with India, Australia & Singapore offices
Maintain records, documentation, and MIS reports
Support supply chain and export operations
Ensure smooth execution of daily business processes
Work independently and take ownership of tasks
Requirements
Education:
Any Degree
Experience:
2-8 years experience in Supply Chain / Food / FMCG industry
Minimum 2 years accounting experience (preferred)
Minimum 3 years experience in operations
Ability to work independently without reminders
Experience in any industry is acceptable;
Food industry experience preferred
Strong knowledge of
MS Office & Excel
Experience in
ZOHO Books or any accounting software
is an advantage
Good communication skills in
English
Salary & Benefits
?12,000 - ?20,000 per month
(based on experience)
Minimum 1-month performance-based bonus
