Maintain daily sales records and update ledgers.
Handle invoice preparation, GST billing, and receipts.
Support vendor payment processing.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors for compliance and reports.
Sales Data Entry & MIS
Enter daily sales, stock, and customer data into company systems.
Generate sales reports and share with management.
Product PO Processing
Update farmer/customer database and purchase history.
Track credit sales and maintain collection records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for head office.
Office Administration
Support store/regional teams with document management.
Answer farmer/dealer queries (phone/email support).
Maintain records in both physical files and digital formats.
Assist with coordination of meetings, schedules, and reporting.
Desired Qualifications:
B.Com / B.Sc / Any Degree / Diploma in Computers (preferred).
Good knowledge of
MS Excel, Word, Tally (basic)

Accuracy in data entry and ability to handle numbers.
Strong communication in Telugu & basic English.
Prior experience in accounts or sales data entry (preferred, not mandatory).
