We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Accounts & Sales Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in basic accounting practices and the ability to support sales operations effectively. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing billing and payment processes, and assisting the sales team to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
Maintain records of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
Coordinate with clients for follow-ups on payments and sales-related queries.
Generate sales and financial reports for management review.
Support monthly closing activities and reconcile sales with accounting records.
Work with internal departments to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and financial records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
