Job Role : Accounts Receivable

Department : Accounts & Finance

Qualification Required: B.Com Graduate

Experience Required : 3-5 Years

Reporting To : Manager - Accounts & Finance

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Monitoring receivables and accounting them against respective invoices.

Coordinating with trackers and reconciling receivables with customer balances on a monthly basis.

Planning cash flows and preparing dashboard of weekly projected receivables.

Preparing project-wise dashboards from invoices till receivables.

Performing variance analysis between projected receivables vs actual receipts.

Acting as controller of Capital expenditure and maintaining the Fixed Asset Register.

Preparation of sales MIS reports on a daily basis.

Preparing project-wise profitability statements for monthly MIS reporting.

Justification for Requirement

To strengthen monitoring and reconciliation of receivables with customers.

To ensure accurate and timely cash flow planning for better fund management.

To support project-wise tracking from invoice to realization of receivables.

To maintain effective control over capital expenditure and Fixed Assets.

To enhance management reporting through daily sales MIS and project profitability reports.

To provide accurate variance analysis between projected and actual receivables, improving financial discipline.

Recommendation

Considering the increasing scope of receivables management, capex control, and MIS requirements, it is recommended to approve this position to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely receivable realization, and stronger internal controls.
