Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist

Timing:

8 am - 5 pm PST (US Time) | 08:30 pm - 05:30 am IST

Work Days:

Monday to Friday

Position Overview:

We are hiring a

strong, sharp, and dependable

AR Specialist to manage all aspects of accounts receivable, billing follow-up, and collections. You should have the

confidence to follow up consistently and professionally

while maintaining positive client relationships.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Must Have:

Experience in international calling, customer handling, and payment follow-ups

Tools Required:

Experience with QuickBooks and Xero accounting software

Communication:

Strong English skills, especially for US clients

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in AR, billing, or collections

Personal Skills:

Confidence and professionalism are essential
