Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant

to manage all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, customer account reconciliation, and collections. In addition, this role will be responsible for

revenue reconciliation

and

forecasting collections

to support

weekly cash flow reporting

.


The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to foster positive relationships with both customers and internal teams.

Invoicing and billing Customer reconciliation and revenue forecast Agreement review and billing Month end closing Commission calculation and support Collaboration and accuracy

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce, CA Inter, CMA, or CPA 5+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable. Proficiency in Dynamics accounting software, MS Excel and ConnectWise. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
