We are hiring an

Accounts Receivable Executive

with experience in Retail, FMCG, or Vending Machine industries. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling client follow-ups, managing outstanding payments, working on Tally, and updating trackers in Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers/clients for outstanding payments Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections Prepare and share bills/invoices with clients Maintain daily trackers in Google Sheets Coordinate with clients professionally for payment-related queries Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on discrepancies Work closely with internal teams for billing, payment status, and documentation Handle follow-up calls/messages in a polite but firm manner

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (Retail/FMCG/Vending preferred) Strong communication & follow-up skills Proficiency in

Tally

and

Google Sheets

Ability to work under pressure & handle multiple follow-ups Smart, proactive, and well-disciplined Immediate joiners only
