SuperSeva Global Services is hiring for our MNC Client in Bangalore (Subramanya Arcade)!

Position: AR Collection & Operations

Education: Any Graduation

Experience: 2-6 Years

Salary: As per norms

Shifts:

Americas: 6 PM - 3 AM

EMEA: 12 PM - 9 PM

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Location: Subramanya Arcade, Bangalore

Contract Duration: 12-15 Months

Job Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Receivable Collections and customer follow-ups

Handle customer queries and drive timely issue resolution

Work on AR tools, SAP, and maintain accurate documentation

Perform AR reconciliations, ageing analysis, and overdue reporting

Use MS Excel for data analysis and reporting

Support operational improvements and automation using Python/AI tools (if applicable)

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Accounts Receivable / AR Operations

Advanced MS Excel skills - MUST HAVE

Knowledge of SAP, Python, AI tools preferred

Excellent communication & customer-handling skills

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in shift-based, fast-paced AR environment

Graduation is mandatory

2-6 years of experience in AR / Collections / SAP / Python / AI tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
