Looking For AR Specialist for MNC in Gurugram with excellent English

Profile: AR/AP Specialist

Salary : upto 10.0 Lac

Experience 5 yrs

Location: Gurugram

Shift : 9:00 pm to 6:00 am

Key Responsibilities:

1.Review, schedule and raise invoices.

2.Review and validate essentials of valid invoices like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice date, etc.

3.Review and prepare credit notes/ memos

4.Responsible for Accounts Payable process which involves activities like: Invoice processing, Vendor Master and Payment process

5.Set up and monitor vendor master file and Payments

6. Work on Multiple ERP, Systems and Manual Intensive nature of Work Prior experience in Oracle (NetSuite) is preferred
