Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive for night shift specializing in SAP/ERP systems to oversee invoicing, payment processing, and client collections for US/UK processes, driving timely receivables and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and post invoices in SAP, apply payments and reconcile customer accounts daily while monitoring aging reports. Follow up on overdue accounts via calls/emails, resolve disputes, and manage credit memos or adjustments within SLAs.? Prepare AR reports, assist in month-end closings, and ensure compliance with financial policies during rotational night hours.

Required Qualifications

2-5 years AR experience with proven SAP/ERP proficiency (e.g., SAP FI-AR module) and bachelor's in accounting/finance. Willingness for night shifts; basic MS Excel skills required.

Preferred Skills

Strong analytical mindset, collections negotiation, and attention to detail for high-volume transactions.? Familiarity with CRM integration and dispute resolution in fast-paced environments.
