Collection Follow-up with customers
Conduct field visits to collect overdue Payments
Prepare and maintain daily collection reports.
Coordinate with the Sales and Finance teams for smooth collection activities.
Handle customer disputes related to payments and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Reporting).
Qualification-12th pass or any degree
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
