Key Responsibilities

? End-to-End Dispute Resolution: Investigate, validate, and respond to chargebacks, deductions, and compliance penalties from major retail partners in accordance with their individual vendor guides and terms.

? Retail Compliance Management: Monitor and address violations related to:

? ASN/EDI requirements

? Shipping and routing guides (e.g., Amazon FBA, Walmart Routing Guides)

? Packaging/labelling compliance

? Chargeback reason codes (e.g., Costco DEX/scan compliance, late shipments, invoice

discrepancies)

? Evidence & Recovery: Prepare detailed, compliant evidence packages to dispute invalid

deductions and recover revenue, leveraging shipment data, PO documentation, EDI records,

and delivery confirmations.

? Trend Analysis & Reporting: Identify root causes of recurring chargebacks and deductions by analyzing data trends across retail accounts. Provide actionable insights to Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to prevent future losses.

? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service teams to resolve operational issues before they result in deductions (e.g., on-time shipment performance, PO accuracy, ASN compliance).

? Vendor Portal Management: Utilize retailer-specific vendor portals (Vendor Link, Retail Link, Seller Central, etc.) to track, manage, and resolve open deductions and chargebacks.

? Audit & Reconciliation: Support monthly financial reconciliation efforts by ensuring all deductions are accounted for, properly categorized, and either recovered or written off according to policy.

? Compliance Training: Help develop and deliver training materials for internal teams on retailer-specific compliance requirements to minimize future penalties.

Pay: ?58,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
