Job Description

vArida Health is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Callers (AR Callers) to join our expanding team. As an Executive - Accounts Receivable Caller, you will play a vital role in our revenue cycle process by contacting insurance companies to follow up on pending claims and ensure timely reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims. Understand and analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOB), denials, and take necessary action. Resolve billing issues and ensure accurate and timely payment collection. Document all call-related information accurately and promptly. Work closely with the denial management and payment posting teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Should have worked as an AR Caller for at least 1 to 4 years of experience with medical billing service providers Good knowledge of the revenue cycle and denial management concepts Excellent spoken English and communication skills. Experience in AR calling or US healthcare revenue cycle management is preferred. Familiarity with denial management and EOB interpretation is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a team and meet daily/weekly targets.

Pay: ?15,086.00 - ?30,995.82 per month
