Accounts Receivable Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage customer invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support the company's financial health.

What You Will Do

Oversee invoicing and payment processing for clients. Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve billing issues. Prepare reports for management review.

To Be Successful You Will Have

2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivables management. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
