EXP- 3+ Yrs CTC-8.5 LPA Location-Pune - Must have end to end (E2E) knowledge of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process. Resolve invoice disputes & discrepancies. Review & Validate the credit memos, identify invoices to be offset against credit memos and Process the credit memos & Invoices. Supplier Statement Reconciliation. Strong Analytical skills include identifying, forecasting and resolving problems. Experienced in Query Handling of P2P activities from Client with support from specialist or Team lead (Voice and Mail). Ensure to meet the SLA s for the process are being met. Ensure internal controls are followed and maintained as related to the accounts payable function. Apply technical knowledge and judgment to ensure accuracy of timeliness of AP processing, including the recording of AP activity in the proper period, proper account coding and timely resolution of reconciling items as required. Must be knowledgeable in posting correction entries, PO and NON PO related invoices. Skills: Flexible to meet changing priorities and the ability to prioritize workload to achieve on time accurate results. Good knowledge of SAP will be a plus. Process simplification. Precise and Concise communication- Verbal and Written in English & French(Level 4) Proficient with Excel. Reviewing freight claim and POD/BOL will be a plus. Detail-oriented, organized and able to perform work at the highest levels of accuracy. Educational Qualification: Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate degree/MBA. Language. French (Level 4) Work Experience: Minimum 3 + years of relevant experience.
