Role Overview:

As an

Accounts Payable Specialist

, you will be responsible for managing vendor payments, invoice processing, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with U.S. accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Manage payment cycles and ensure compliance with internal controls Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment inquiries Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records Assist with month-end close and reporting activities

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable with U.S. accounting exposure Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Strong understanding of AP processes, GAAP, and U.S. accounting standards Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams is a plus
