Lead and manage the accounts payable team.
Oversee the processing of accounts payable transactions using SAP HANA.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and improve accounts payable processes and workflows.
Handle escalations and resolve complex issues related to accounts payable.
Prepare and present reports on accounts payable activities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations.
Qualifications:
MBA, ICWA or CA Inter.
3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in SAP HANA.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills and Certifications:
Certification in SAP HANA.
Advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
