We are hiring Accounts Payable Specialist !

Location: Chennai, Nandambakkam
Experience: 1.5 to 3 years
Shift: European Shift, rotational
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Interview Mode: Face to face

Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor end-to-end payment processes with accuracy and timeliness
Perform payment posting and reconciliation activities
Analyze accounts payable data to identify discrepancies, variances, and trends
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment related issues
Support month end closing and reporting activities
Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Contribute to process improvement initiatives for efficiency and compliance

Requirements:
Hands on experience in accounts payable, payment process, and payment posting
Strong communication skills in English
Good proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high attention to detail
