Responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices related to logistics, including freight, transportation, and warehouse services. Ensures timely and accurate payments, resolves discrepancies with vendors, and maintains records for audits and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process logistics-related invoices.
Reconcile freight bills with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments to resolve billing issues.
Maintain accurate records of payments and support month-end closing.
Assist in cost tracking and reporting for logistics expenses.
Requirements:
Knowledge of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles.
Familiarity with logistics or transportation billing.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
