As a Specialized Accounts Payable professional, you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities within a global banking environment. This role requires strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing setup. You will contribute directly to accurate financial reporting, compliance, and smooth month-end closures while collaborating with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute accounting reconciliations across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes with high accuracy
• Support month-end closing activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and accounting standards
• Handle invoice processing, validations, and issue resolution within defined SLAs
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and queries
• Operate and support AP workflows using ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba
• Participate in client-facing interactions, providing clear communication and timely updates
• Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records for all AP activities
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and controls

What Makes You a Great Fit

• CA Inter qualification with strong knowledge of accounting reconciliations and P2P processes
• Solid understanding of tax compliance and financial controls
• Experience working in a global banking or financial services environment
• Hands-on exposure to SAP Ariba or similar AP/procurement tools
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage in client-facing roles
• Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and maintain accuracy under pressure
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
